However, if you want to get a job in a smaller company, where there is no strict dress code, you can cut yourself some slack. You can replace suit trousers by chino, put off a suit and wear a stylish casual suit jacket instead of an elegant one. Remember! Avoid wearing a jumper to a job interview. Never do it.
